Will your skin return back to normal after having a baby?
Answer:
Aerobics. The fat has to be burned off. Yes, sit ups tighten the muscles underneath the fat. Find some kind of exercise that will take your heartrate up a bit. not too high. A good brisk walk 30-60 minutes per day and being careful of high-fat/hi carb foods should do the trick. It will eventually burn off and the elasticity of your skin will tighten as well. Patience my dear!!
tummy tuck
Sorry, welcome to the world of motherhood...the skin is lose and it won't go back to the shape it was without a doctor and scalpel. You can get the muscles under the skin tightened, but the skin will still hang there. BUT you may be one of the lucky ones who will have their skin go back after a few years of working out.
I don't think it will be like before. mine sure isn't. you can do different things like Pilate's it can help. you may want to look in to skin firming cream found in the lotion isle
I think you can but you're going to have to work hard at it. Try Leslie Sansone's Firm Up Fast workout it has an abs section and she talks about how she got rid of the pooch. Good luck and congrats!
keep doing sit ups, ride bike, and buy some firming lotion.those made by Biotherm and Christian Dior are an excellent investment...that might help.if it doesn't work at all you'll need a tummy tuck. I know that sucks!! I'm worried already about it.
I have the same problem and my son was born march of 04. I've tried everything, and they say it's just extra skin from being stretched and they told me that It won't go away. So I'm not sure, cause mine is still here, and if you figure something out tell me cause I can sure use the help too.
