I think both of you should be law abiding citizens so that way you wouldn't have to worry about situations like that.
Depends on what kind of prison. Convicted felons are not allowed to associate with each other. If this is his first offense, then that's why. Oh - and don't be surprised if he's not allowed to be released to you on parole if he gets it. They don't care if you're married.

If you are convicted of a crime, one severe enough to send you to jail, you deserve to suffer the consequences of said crime. If that means you can't see your husband, who is also an outstanding citizen, then so be it.
They consider you a risk. You have already shown that society should not trust you in making your own decisions; thus, they make the right decision for you. You must earn that trust back by being the best citizen you can be.
If it bothers you that bad, maybe you should dump your husband and find someone more law abiding that CAN and will assist you in rebuilding that trust.
Being that I have a few felons in the family, this is true. Convicted felons have a while before they can have contact with inmates. U have to get permission in some states or a closed case in others. nothing can be pending and you cant be on probation or anything!
Here is a thought. Don't break the law and you would not have to worry about that.

They may, with the warden's approval. It depends on lots of factors. Have your husband submit a request and it would not hurt if you tried to call and ask, but what does this have to do with pregnancy?
