I have 2 sons and i would love to have a daughter but cant face pregnancy is it selfish to use a surrogate mum
Answer:
I don't blame you .
adopt!
No it isn't selfish. But why don't you just adopt a little girl that doesn't have a family? At least that way it wont cost as much and you know it will be a girl. Genetics are not that important as long as there is love right? Good luck
have you considered adopting?
I think that that is perfectly fine.
please adopt so many little girls need homes, my brother adopted two and he loved them and he gave them his name and one was recently married then he adopted three brothers and they bear his name as well i loved them alot.
No, not exactly selfish, but it generally is for mothers who cant give birth. But if your willing to pay the price. I did a paper on this last year and it comes to 10,000 dollars plus hospital fees which the surrogate mother isnt responsible for. Good luck!
I think that is awesome and not at all selfish.I was a surrogate..and I loved it..If you are willing to dash out more money to go thru the whole fertility thing..and then by all means go for it!Good Luck to you ;)
Shouldn't the most important thing be that the baby be healthy regarless if it is a boy or girl? I do agree with the others who say if you want another child just adopt one.
The only way you can really guarantee you'll get a daughter is to adopt. What would you do if you found out the surrogate was carrying a boy?
I do think it's pretty selfish to borrow another woman's body to put them through something you're not willing to go through yourself (even if it WAS a miserable experience...it's not a picnic for everyone else, either).
Oh, and the term is "genetically" not generically...lol sorry to be anal, but that just reads kinda funny! :D
