Ultrasound find: Choroid plexus cysts?

I had my 20 week ultrasound done a week or two ago, my doc just told me yesterday that everything was reported to be ok, and everything looked good, but then he threw in the fact that the ultrasond report said that they found a 7mm Choroid plexus on the baby's brain, but he followed up with saying "that is totally normal, and nothing to worry about" and he moved on with the appointment. But I am worried! i researched it today and they say anything over 6mm is abnormal! so not really sure, I guess i just need to trust that God will take care of our little guy. Has anyone else had any experience with this stuff? is 7mm that big? is it abnormal?

i NEVER WORRY UNLESS MY DR. IS WORRIED! HE DID NOT SEEM TO THINK THERE IS A PROBLEM. NEXT VISIT, TELL HIM DO NOT HOLD BACK ON HONESTY ABOUT ANYTHING YOU ASK HIM AND TELL HIM YOU NEED TO BE REASSURED ABOUT THIS! BEST WISHES ON YOU BOTH AND I WOULD NOT WORRY UNLESS THE DR. DID! DO MAKE HIM KNOW YOU ARE SO CONCERNED AND NEVER TO HOLD BACK ON KNOWLEDGE TO YOUR QUESTIONS!
I knew a mom that had the very same thing...at an ultrasound near term it had totally disappeared and baby was normal and healthy.

I agree with momof3 - don't stress too much if your doctor isn't, but that isnt' always the easiest thing to do. My son had one but because he showed no others signs that may signal a problem they weren't too concerned. I on the other hand was a wreck. I had been going for monthly ultrasounds since my first month because they thought there were going to be problems for other reasons and during my 20 week ultrasound they found it. They scheduled a level 2 ultrasound a week later and it had already begun to shrink. Again, if it really bothers you there is no reason your doctor can't schedule you for another ultrasound to ease your mind.
