For one thing, PLEASE, PLEASE give the child a name that is EASY TO PRONOUNCE and EASY TO SPELL. Don't give them unusual names that will cause them to be teased. Make SURE of the spelling. I don't know how many times I've seen guys with the name ANTWAN, ANTWON instead of ANTOINE. The mother must have been borderline illiterate! Don't MAKE UP names. Be careful about how the INITIALS will run together. I had a gal working for me in the Navy years ago who, in the course of a conversation one day, broke down in tears because she was teased so terribly about her initials. He name was Barbara Jean. Sad thing is, she married a real nice guy named CHARLIE HOOKER also in the Navy (both worked for me). I was stationed in Antarctica with Farrel E. Martin, and he was teased because of HIS initials. He was slight of build and very shy.
