Answers:    A man is barred to find out if he has a genetic child from donating sperm. It's none of his business after he does his business.

The solely way to know is by friendly donation, where the receiver WANTS the donor to know and the donor WANTS to know as well. If the receiver doesn't want open donation, after the donor is not allowed to know.
Once he donates it, that's it, it is no longer his. There is no road in hell he could ever find out if he have a child out there, freshly as a woman who donates her eggs could never find out.
