Do you think $475 is reasonable for a 2 BR apt. w/ utilities included?
Answer:
That's beyond reasonable.
I live in a rural area, and have a 1 bedroom, no utilities, for $300. That's the cheapest rent around, and it's not a bad neighborhood or in bad shape. I just lucked up.
Anyway, even in my rural area, $475, utlities included would be a great deal for a 2 bedroom. Take it!
It depends on where you are. Where I live, that would be the ghetto.please make sure the area is safe..
that's awesome, but I guess it depends where you are living. Where I am at that would cost b/t $650-$850
depends on your area. But yes, that's a good deal with the utilities included in your rent!!
if its in a nice neighborhood...yes that is cheap actually.
Are you crazy! Thats a great price! Where do you live lol
I think that's a phenomenal deal! That's half of what I pay for a 1 BR apt. with only water and sewage included.
omg...were do u live? thats beyond resonable..im in ny and you coudnt get a room for that!
Wow..where do YOU live? Where I live, you can't even get a 1 bedroom for under $1,000 a month.
very reasonable from where I'm from that's great if the apartment includes utilities its more expensive if you pay for them separately this an awsome deal!
YES! i pay $925.00 and the neighborhood could be better. and that does not include any utilities.
Sounds a little too good to be true actually. Apartments around here cost at least $500.00 and up, not including utilities, and most of them are pretty tiny. You've found yourself a deal- take it!
YES IT IS.MY BOYFRIEND,OUR BABY AND I LIVE IN A TWO BEDROOM IN FL AND WE PAY $800 A MONTH.THE SAD THING IS THAT IS THE CHEAPEST WE COULD FIND.
YES!
thats great
but i do not kno of the atmosphere of the location so it might not be as great, but good price
Where I live, in Ohio, that would be downright cheap. Can't touch a two bedroom here no matter the size for under $700 and that does not include utilities.
that's a steal, take it now !!!
That's cheap. Most places in America would be more expensive.
I live on the Connecticut Shore. Maybe you could rent ONE room in a house for that much a month. On the other hand, in Western Massachusetts, you could probably rent half duplex for $100 more. Are you out in the sticks? Location, location, location. Just be sure you are in a good neighborhood.
That sounds great. Where I live a 2BR is 900.00, but I live in Louisiana, and Katrina messed us over. I am paying 1100.00 for a small 3 BR house. If it is in a nice area, go for it, that is really cheap. Our electricity bill is half your rent.
It depends on where you live. It does sound reasonable, though, since it includes utilities. Storage (closet) space counts for alot too!
Sure, that is a very low rate around here, but unfortunatly, that would be the 100 year old apartments that are falling down and full of drug addicts. Hope its in a good area where you are!
rent for a nice apartment in a decent area here is over 1,000
Was about 650 before last years hurricanes. Freaking money greedy people here jacked up the price of rent and home sales. It sucks! lol
Definetly ! That is soo cheap!! Where do you live? In Florida that would be the ghetto!
There's a lot of factors to consider:
Your City
Location within city (downtown/good neighborhood/shopping - expect to pay more)
How does the apartment compare to other 2 BR's in your city in the following areas: quality, proximity to where you would commute, safety (car, theft, etc.)
- Do other apartments have utilities included?
- How much are utilities anyways?
What are the difference in amenities of comparable apartments:
- Do you have a gym, tennis courts, etc.
If you live in a top 25 city, $475 is a steal for a decent 2BR apt.
In rural areas, there may be better deals out there.
In the end, it depends on your standards and budget.
i live in east tennessee and thats about what apartments run around here, my husband and i pay $425 a month for a nice size 2 bedroom , only water and trash are included.
depends on the location. Check the other rental rates in the area?
The apartment sounds like a steal. I would consider the safety factors BUT also what about a landlord that offers such an inexpensive place. S/he could be the reason it is so cheap, maybe they are not that easy to deal with, always there etc. This is against the law but I had a landlord walking into my apt. at all times. Told me how to decorate, where to place my kitchen towels etc. SO be careful of the area and the landlord or manager. Otherwise I would grab it.a rent here in Ct would go for 900-1200 no utilities.
hell yeah! girl i wish i could find somewhere like that.go for it
I wish you could get something like that in california. But if you did it would be beside a jail or cemetary!
Where do you live?!! We're moving there pronto! We have a 2br in a nice neighboorhood and we searched for the cheapest one for the longest time. We still pay tons more than that. We have cousins farther up north where you can get a decent sized run down apartment in a bad neighboorhood for a measly 1000 a month. Rent prices are insane in some places. That's definitely reasonable to me...and cheap too! But look around some in your area. You obviously have a lower cost there so that might still be on the high end for your area. Don't ever sign a lease without doing your research!
'll take it.
Absolutely! You couldn't even rent a storage space where I live for that, and I live in one of the poorest states in new England! I'm practically on the canadian border, and still the average one bedroom apartment goes for $800 without utilities!
