necessary oil shud b intaken bt u shud concentrate more on fruits & leafy veggies
there is no way that you are going to lose that amount of weight in 3 months.

it seems ur parents r very much caring so u r thinking about loosing weight. go to my mother and husband after delivery they will starve u to death this is what they did to me . thank god now i am self dependant .people really take adv. of the pregnancy days when u require somebody to take care.it was very pathetic for me the 9 months and the milking days of my baby.
