What are some fun games to play at a baby shower?

"Don't say 'baby'" - Give everyone one of those plastic pacifier, diaper pin, or rocking horse charms on a ribbon necklace. (You can buy them by the pack at the dollar store). If someone catches you saying they word "baby," they get your necklace(s). The one with the most necklaces at the end of the shower wins.
"How observant" - Put 8-10 baby items on a tray, then give everyone a sheet of paper with 8-10 blank lines on it (1 for each item on the tray). Have an accomplice take the tray around to show each of the guests, and tell your guests "this game tests your observation skills." Your accomplice then leaves the room with the tray. Most people think they have to remember what's on the tray, but the twist is, you ask questions about your accomplice, like "what was [accomplice's name] wearing?" "Describe her shoes." "Was she wearing a watch?" "Did she still have her pacifier/rocking horse necklace?" etc.
"Happy Birthday" - The person whose birthday falls closest to the due date wins a prize.
"Baby names" - Make a list of some popular baby names and have people match the name to the meaning. (You can find meanings on babycenter.com.)
+"Baby pictures" - Have your guests bring their own baby picture. You put them up on a board, and everyone has to guess who they are.
+"How many?" - Put a bunch of gummi bears or M&Ms in a clear piggy bank or novelty baby bottle. The guests who guesses closest to the actual number wins.
+"Diaper drawing" - Tape a diaper under one of the chairs before the guests arrive. The person who sits in that chair wins a prize.
Variation - Give everyone a diaper, but don't let them open it until everyone arrives. The person with the dirty diaper wins a prize.

Guess what's in the diaper.
That one always grossed me out. Especially the microwaved snickers. Mustard is gross looking too. Another one was passing a tray of baby items and remember what was on it. OR, who can drink the baby bottle the fastest.
Another was baby gift bingo. You make a bingo card of different gift like binkys, diapers, onesie, sleeper, dress, etc. And put each card in a different order. As the mom opens the gifts everyone plays bingo.
Another is everyone gets a stork. You just get a pack of little storks and attach them to a diaper pin. You can find the diaper pins at the dollar store and storks at a party store. The object is to take as many storks as you can. The one with the most gets the prize. With this one you want to avoid saying the word "baby" whoever catches someone saying baby nudges them and gets the pin. You can even do it with just diaper pins if you can't find the stork.
By jars of baby food and remove the labels. On the lid write in majic marker the food. Have everyone guess (write down) what they think each jar is. NO tasting or smelling!
Another fun one that requires some advance research is the price is right. You make a list of baby items (diapers, binkys, onesie, qtips, hairbrush, thermometer, etc.) and their respective prices. Have the items and master list ready. Then have the guests guess the prices.
We also did a blindfold game. I can't remember it exactly. But, we were on our knees head staight ahead. We couldn't bend our head up or down. We had a paper plate in one hand and with the other we had to search for something. I can't remember what it was...but I know it wasn't easy to find. I think they may have been cotton balls (Qtips would be easier). And, you couldn't get up until you picked them ALL up. It was funny to watch others and tell them "NO to the left!" but once it was your turn...(the one on the floor picked the next participant).
One game that we would play is you fill up two baby bottles up with whatever drink and make two ladies sit back to back and have someone judge who drinks the bottle first...it sounds silly but when you're doing it it's fun. Another fun game we would play is get a roll of toilet paper and you look at the pregnant girl's stomach and you try to estimate how wide her stomach is to the toilet paper and you rip out however much you want and everyone takes turns on measuring your piece to her stomach and whoever is closer wins. this is not a game but it would be a nice thing that you could do at a baby shower it is paper ma-shay of your tummy and maybe breast's if you feel comfortable with that i have always wanted to do that with mu children but never had a chance because of premature labour

It was fun when I played it at a shower.
we had fun with the poopy diaper game - a friend made a tiny diaper for each guest, they had hersheys kisses in them - except one had them unwrapped and melted. we handed them out each person opened and the "winner" got the poop! its fun because most dont know whats up until the melted diaper is opened,,
I saw one on tv that was kindof gross, but original. You go and buy diapers, and melt pieces of certain chocolate bars in the diaper. For example, snickers bar, twix, milky way, etc., and fold them up, put numbers on them. Have each girl smell the diaper and try and guess which candy bar (fake poo!) is in which diaper. Thought it was hilarious!
