How do I lose the baby weight??
Answer:
Don't get too stressed out about it- the same thing happened to me and it just took my body a little longer to adjust and then lose the weight again. I'm sure you'll notice a big difference by next year- Just keep up the healthy routine and it will pay off. I found that I had to watch the extra snacking I did at home with the baby. Also once the baby get older and some of the stress and sleep deprivation lessens, I found my body lost weight a bit easier.
Good luck and take care of yourself!
Weight Watchers has a GREAT program. And if you are nursing they have a program for nursing mothers too.
Have the baby.

These exercises really work! They have really helped me out a lot. Good luck! It is harder to lose weight after you have a baby than before. I hope all works out for you!
after my 1st i started running i ran 1 mile a day for 5 days a week along with sit ups and lifting weights ..but i train horses for a living so i had to get up to strength i worked really well i also ate alot of salads with little or no dressing
It takes 9 months to take that weight and 9 months to lose it! Also if you are breastfeeding your body may be keeping a "reserve" that you will lose when you wean... Keep on exercising. I am in the same boat as you (baby is 6 months and I am stuck at +10lbs!)
