What are the official child bearing years for women??

There is nothing official. It is different for every women. It starts once you start having periods and ends when you hit menopause. Nothing scientific. Every women is different so they can NOT give certain ages.
I don't know about official, but females can conceive and bear children between 13 ish to 50 ish, depending on age of menses (first period) and menopause.
