but- it really depends, I started feeling baby around 16 weeks, my other half could feel her also-it really just depends on how strong the babys movements are.
when she hits 25-27 weeks you should be able to feel baby on the outside
Are you sure your sil even wants you touching her belly? Maybe she hasn't said anything to you because she doesn't want to hurt your feelings, but I can tell you as a pregnant women myself, I prefer that people keep their hands to themselves.
