Parent alienation syndrome where on earth the parent alienates the child from the other parent.?

Like after a divorce, where the other parent who ic the controlling one, decide 1 to keep the children w/out consent and then brain wash them. I am experiencing this right now and stipulation help. I want to stir before the legislature to pose a partial solution, but I want to know if parents are experiencing this or is only my sick ex husband? TX is the state I am within.

Now they requirement a syndrome for vindictiveness? You have my sympathy, but here is not much that you can do other than bargain to your children. Usually it's the women who put down the Dad.
