How far long do you have to be in preg.to find out the sex of the baby?

Answer:
between 18 and 20 weeks
ask ur doctor or look on the web
most doctors say at least 20 weeks
they like to tell between 16 and 20 weeks preferably at 19 or 20 i think you can find out much sooner but i think it dramatically increases the chances of it being wrong i think it worked out to about 10 % per week on how accurate and it being 80% at week 20
Eighteen weeks is the earliest, but most doctors wait until you are 20-22 weeks to ensure accuracy.
Most of the time, it is around 20 weeks. Some doctors like to do it at 18-20 weeks, my doctor did it at 22 weeks. He told me that sometimes it is easier to tell if you wait just a couple more weeks.
iam pretty sure its between 4 to 6 months.
I think it's about 5 months or 20 weeks. I think it's routine to get an ultrasound around that time if the pregnancy has been uncomplicated up to that point to make sure everything is o.k. At that time, if the baby is in the right position, they should be able to tell the gender. I think it is earlier if you have amniocentesis, but not much.
depending on the position of baby as early as the 3 or 4 month
i think you can find out accurately by the 2nd or 3rd month
boys are more easily to tell.
when i was pregnant with my boy they said it was a boy at four month of pregnancy.
at three months with my girl they told me that it was hard to see the sex of the baby. and i said to myself it is a girl then!
sometimes they could see them at three months but since they are too little they might get it wrong. So to be on the safe side they always say that it is best at 5 months of pregnancy.
usually 20 weeks
I was 18 weeks with both of my children.
i believe the sex can be determined at around four to five months if the baby co-operates during the ultrasound
you need to be at least 16-17 weeks to be able to see the bumps on a boy. if there are no bumps by that time, they could still grow. that doesnt always mean it is a girl. But most likely you will be able to see them. The best time to find out is after 20 weeks. Some babies are easier to see than others, so it really just depends on the baby and the way Its growing.
