Early pregnancy or PMS cramps?

I don't recall having cramps in my early pregnancy stages.. I had flu-like symptoms ( morning sickness)but no pains liek that. it sounds like menstrual cramps to me.
If you think you might be pregers take a test. It will give an accurate reading if you are late. Pregnancy symptoms and PMS are very similar.
your probably getting your period today. or just take a pregnancy test

I have had cramps since I was about 3 weeks along, I am now about 9 weeks along. The cramps I have feel just like Pre-menstrual cramps. They are usually on both sides, low in the pelvic area. It is hard to differentiate between pregnancy symptoms and PMS because they are virtually the same. If you get nausea or fatigue I would lean more towards pregnant! Good luck!

I took a test when I was 2 days late and it came up positive. When I was one day late I bought some tampons and carried them around with me because I thought I was going to start. I was cramping but not as bad as I usually did. I was just having light cramping and my periods were every month same day like clockwork! You should take a test!!
I remember my cramps being severe when I was pregnant, so bad I took a vicodan and they were just like menstral cramps, which I always got anyways but these seemed worse, little did I know that it a few days I would find out I was 3 weeks pregnant. Tomorrow I will be 23 weeks :)
