DNA testing must be done to disprove the father on the certificate and then secondly, to prove the other one IS the father. You need to realize that the longer you wait, the worse it is. I am dealing with this now. The father on the certificate will have rights to the child if you wait too long. My daughter is 5 and my ex still gets visitation and there isn't anything I can do. They called it a psychological bond and no court here (michigan) will help me. Good luck!
