Why do people always feel the need to discriminate someone because they are not part of there gang ot some shi

I am referring to a problem with a few members of a gang. I will not be talking about who, and what gangs, cause i ain't trippin over no one.

It's human nature. The majority of people discriminate in some way and most people come across as ignorant and rude.
