I have started using the Nuva Ring and I actually inserted it almost a week later than i should have, and the very next day I had sex. My period should have started on the 24 or the 25th. Should I be worried about being pregnant, or should I just hold off until I do my ring free week? I don't think I have too much to worry about but my fiance has kept asking me if I should have started by now.

don't worry--it may delay your period. try to keep your mind off of it. go shopping and wait.
Just tell him that the Nuva Ring hormones may have altered your normal cycle. I'm sure this is what's happend, but, there is ALWAYS a chance. Don't worry him until you get tested.
