If not, I feel bad for your little brother. Don't traumatize someone else to the beauty of childbirth before they are ready... That is something for him to experience under the guidance of a teacher and to experience with his own wife.
Don't use something as important as this for your own agenda and ruin it for him and put a negative light on it. The human mind is very subjective and if you make this a negative experience, his brain will retain that and you'll run the chance of ruining it for him.

Jaime - I'm sure you have 'good' intentions on why you want to show your brother child birthing footage - what about leaving this part of parenting up to your parents - not sure what his age is for the appropriate viewing - but they do have animal birthing videos available at your local library even available on-line; try Baby Animals or Wild Kingdom.
