Circumcised penis??
I was circumcised 2 years ago at 23. (personal choice mainly) but when soft the skin still sits just over the ridge, when hard it can be pulled half way over the head, should i get it recut?
also the remaining frenlum gets irritated as in redish after extended sex sessions, should it get snipped out again?
please anti-circumcising people do your preeching cut and paste elsewhere. that is not the question

It sounds like you have a problem, if it irritates you, maybe you should get the doctor to have a look when it is reddish in appearance and see what they say.
It sounds like maybe they didn't cut enough skin when it was cut the first time. I would look into getting a recut.

If possible, take some time to let everything heal, I don't think you should go under the knife again.
Indeed as others said if it irritates you then it probably grew back a little see a docter about it they will know what to do .

Even an uncircumcised foreskin should fully retract over the head of your penis when it is erect. You should talk to your doctor about cream and exercises to make your foreskin loose enough to do that. You do not want your circumcision too tight because then your hairy skin from your balls will get pulled up the shaft when erect; and that is seriously gross. I had a boyfriend with that problem, blech!
I'm cut but I use a p pump and the excess skin from pumping GIVES the illusion of a uncircumsised penis. Temporary basis however.
