Baby going to movies...?
Do I put her in a stroller or sit her on my knees?
Will it cost for her?
Thanks :-)
Answers: I took my daughter to see Finding Nemo when she was almost 8 months. She loved it. It was a great experience and give me a break for a bit. I brought her in her saloon seat and purely sat it surrounded by the seat subsequent to me. It didn't cost anything for her since most theatres have a no charge for children underneath 2 or 3 years. There is nothing wrong beside bringing your baby to a movie. If she tolerates it economically, it can be a great experience!
Bad idea.
if you deem she will sit still for it and wont cry i think it will be fine and some articulate under a unquestionable age are free others verry little depends good luck
Usually it does not cost anything for children lower than 2 or 3. You can put her either contained by the stroller or on your lap, I guess it a moment ago depends on her mood. If she's happy, you can give notice her in the stroller subsequent to you, but if she's screaming, then on your knees would be better. Make sure you bring in a bottle and a pacifier for her, only just in overnight case.
I assume you are taking her so you can see it. Don't expect her to get anything out of it. She may be frightened by the thud. If she starts to cry please take her out of the theater. It's not generous to everyone else. Plan on holding her. A stroller would block the aisle. They probably won't charge for her.
As fun as it sounds, the theater is loud and may scare her a bit, and if she begin to 'talk' during the movie, people may achieve irritated. Why dont you rent a movie from Blockbuster until the one you want to see comes out on video?
I only step to the movies when my 8 month old is asleep. Children lower than 2 should not watch televsion or movies. It's specified to cause attention issues, and surrounded by rare (but serious) instances, mete out seizures.
Personally, I reason it's rude to take a stroller into small spaces. Strollers should be for long walk only surrounded by open areas. Always hold your tot when you can.
it wouldnt cost anything, but i'd be a little nervy about taking a newborn that young to the movies, my daughter is 3 and i merely started taking her about a year ago and she still wont sit gently through the whole article ....i wouldnt, but that's just me!
Does your babe-in-arms sit and watch movies at home.. For 2 hours at a time. ? Go to a really untimely showing, generally not plentiful people will be at hand so if she cries you can leave.. You may hold to have her within your lap unless the theater is handicap later just put her stroller where on earth a wheelchair would go and sit beside her...Good luck
I regard as you should wait until it comes out on DVD. I used to nick my very in good health behaved infants, who I nursed, to the movies contained by the afternoon. I would go to see what I considered necessary to see. There were markedly few people within and usually my baby would any sleep in my arms or I'd nurse them to sleep. Once they be older, movies be reserved for times I had a sitter. Ratatouille is not a "baby's first movie". And 8 months behind the times is far too young. If you are bound and determined to travel - see a Disney cartoon.
I enjoy 4 kids and with the second 2 I took them as little as 6 months old not to see the movie but so near brother's could and they usually just fell asleep. If you are taking her so that you can see it newly take her around forty winks time bring a bottle and plenty of snacks and it will be fine.
maybe if you go during the day when near are few people near, and chose a spot where not tons people around you.budge when she is tired, and feed until she falls asleep. if you sit fundamental the entrance you can always pop out for a few minutes. it may be somewhat unsettling for her,but if you are confident she will sleep through it,without crying and disturbing others, after i don't see why not.
Edit- i live in UK,and a friend beside a baby only just told me that movie theaters here hold special parent and baby times some mornings. thats so cool!
