Hi there! Last year I miscarried at 14 weeks into my pregnancy and not a soul could figure out why, even the doctor. 3 weeks then my husband had our bathroom remodeled and after the contractor started tear down 2 of the walls, he noticed black mold. I call my doctor and told him what we had found and my doctor said he have no way of proving that be the reason for my miscarriage but that he believed that be most likely the source. He said that black mold will stop our lungs, as adults, from surrounded by taking as much oxygen as we need and so he could singular imagine what it could do to a fetus. Finding that black mold be good contained by the sense that I honestly believe that's why I lost my child, and now my mind is ease as to "not knowing" why. But you do have to own it professionally removed, so you should call your local down department, they can give you information. Hope that help.
I have a newborn child and my parents have black mold within there house and i did rather research on this.I called my pediatrician and she said that it may clutch a few months to get symptoms from repeated exposure. She said to carry it tested and that levels below 250 are safe.studies show that ther are links between the asthma and allergies contained by infants due to the environment that you live in during pregnancy. The mold is fruitless for your health .It can produce asthma, allergies ,chronic cough, dizziness, flu like symptoms, insomnia, skin rash, bleeding lungs and pulmonary hemorrhage. You can get mold interview kits at Lowe's and home depot. This is not a safe and sound environment for you and your baby.If you own it removed hire someone who specializes in mold removal. And stay some where on earth else while this is being done because mold spores will be released into ther nouns .Also look into an air purifier. I hope this be helpful .apt luck.
