32 weeks dropped low?
Answer:
I'd have everything ready anyway but then I like to know it's all done! Baby is getting into position but I would think it's going to be a few weeks of discomfort for you! Every pregnancy is different and just going to be one of those things you'll have to put up with I'm afraid! I developed symphasis pubis dysfunction (or however it's spelt) which was very uncomfortable so maybe keep an eye on how you're feeling and let the doc know if you start to feel pain other than discomfort. It's not pleasant and a lower bump is just extra pressure. Hope the rest of the pregnancy goes well! x
Sounds like you are getting ready to deliver. Call your doctor and go in for a check up. You may be delivering early.
i found that with my second child, the baby dropped down lower at about the same time as yours. maybe it was because he was a pound heavier but he was still induced at 42 weeks so i wouldt panic too much, im sure you will get lots of time!!
I Would get things prepared just in case because Second babies can come early but to be sure ask your midwife to give you a check up and get her opinion on weather or not to get thing prepared and It is normal to feel pressure so try not to worry.
I hope this Helps.
It is normal for the baby to drop at this stage in pregnancy, i think they do drop earlier in second pregnancies due to the muscles being more slack. there is a possibility that you can go into labour at any time now since the baby has dropped. So i guess you should get everything ready just incase! good luck :)
I have no relevant experience to give here so I'll just tell you about me. I'm pregnant with #3. With my first my baby never dropped and I never had the pelvic floor pain/pressure people always complain of. She was 5 days late. With my second who was 17 days early he didn't drop at all either and I never had the pain or pressure. This is my third and she dropped about a week ago at 31 weeks. Still no pain or pressure but she is sitting lower in my belly. Some people drop as early as you do but still end up overdue. I would tell the doc/midwife at the next appointment. Congratulations and good luck!
With my second pregnancy mine dropped at 32 weeks also and the doctor said this was because the uterus is already stretched to begin with so the muscles can't hold it up as high. I was induced at 38 weeks with that one. I am pregnant with number three and this one also dropped at 32 weeks but this time I have been put on bedrest because she keeps trying to come early and I am on Procardia every 6 hours to slow the contractions because they never really stop.
If I were you I would pack a bag just in case.
my wife is pregnant with our 3rd baby and her bump dropped at around 32wks aswell, she is now 36wks and baby is fine, but get a check up just incase but am sure it will just be your baby getting ready for delivery, babies tend to drop quicker when you have already had a baby before. good luck
My baby dropped at 32 weeks also and this is my 2nd pregnancy. I am now 38 weeks and only dialated to 1. But I have everything ready, figure can't hurt anything to be ready.
I would have everything ready in case. If you have dropped and feel pressure then you are on your way. Good Luck.
i was 30 weeks when i dropped really low i was told it was a sign of a big baby it was my first and i was induced at 42 weeks so i wouldn't worry to much but there is no harm in getting things ready early anywasy i had my bags packed at 2 weeks early i know.well good luck hun x
