I need to know what full custody means?

My two children are currently living with there father . They have onlyn been with him for five months. He wants me to give him full custody and i'm not sure if i should. I want to see my children and i dont understand legally what i'd be agreeing too if i did this. Can someone plaese help me better understand what the term full custody means.

i am going through custody battles with my ex at the moment too.. i would not advise to give him full custody. you should really see a lawyer they will be able to explain it better but if u wanna see your kids i would get joint custody.. hope this helps

oh and full custody means that he has all the rights to your kids and depending on what is in the court orders you may not be able to see them
He has all the power,you have none. I would want joint custody, at least you have some say in things (especially medical). And physical custody means who gets to keep the kids.
NO! Full Custody means you have no say in what the children do or anything! DO NOT AGREE OR SIGN ANYTHING BEFORE YOU SPEAK WITH A LAWYER!!
You would have no say on their upbringing their father would. Please seek help from a lawyer.
