Follow your doctor's advice on this. It's fine to wait a bit and see if the bleeding comes to end itself. I also had a miscarriage, but didn't need the D & C. It's not really a "I want one or I don't want one question" it should be decision based on the Medical evidence at the time.
first of all i am sorry about your lose although i have never had a baby i know that it can be hard to lose a baby i will pray for you
Follow ur doctors advice.Let nature take its course.Its seems this was meant to happen let your body do what it needs to and then d and c.
when i miscarried i didn't have a d & c as it had passed naturally.
i didn't get any infections either, and my period returned the following month, just like normal.
I'm sorry about you loss. I too have had a miscarriage 3 years ago. My doctor did a D&C the next day after the miscarriage. After the procedure, the nurse told me that the miscarriage was incomplete (meaning, at time of loss, not all of the fetus was out). So it was a good idea for the D&C in my case. I think u should do it ASAP because u may have the same problem as I did and u can also get an infection if u wait too long. Its better to be safe than sorry.
