well they do the insemination with a turkey baster! well, not exactly, but the guy doesn't get to do the other chic. they take an egg from the wife and the sperm from the man and make a test tube baby then they put it in the carrier and she grows it. if i was the woman i would have to be paid at least 10,000 plus whatever doctor bills and stuff were incurred. i don't know how much it is normally though.
No Idea but if you think that she is sacrificing 9 months of her life. I would suggest equivalent to 9 months pay plus medical bills. It would depend on what you can afford and what she agrees on with you.

Depends on the person you choose. I would think she would like to have someone she knows, The cost would be around $50,000 plus the cost of delivery.
