i do think i should be punished but it depends on how bad the situation is and how mad the other person is with to be honest i tend to give people the cold shoulder if they hurt me or i go and talk 2 someone in confidence so i feel safe
If what you did back was illegal then yes, you should be punished. Just the same as the person who hurt you should be punished if what they did was illegal.

Okay, I am a bit concerned with this question, I am REALLY worried exactly what it is you are referring to.
If you are talking about physical hurt bear in mind it is against the law....
I think when you have this much anger where you want to hurt someone then you need to talk it through with someone who can help you. Ring the samaritans, they will discuss this with you all you want.
If it's mental pain you want to inflict then again the samaritans can help you, they will point you in the direction of support groups etc etc etc.
But if everyone went out hurting every else back, physical and mental, then it would never end.
I'm not saying forgice, but sometimes the best revenge is a happy and fufilled life where the person who hurt you NEVER enters your thoughts.

Just by asking you must think what you did was wrong. I feel you need professional help just to clear the gilt what went on in your life (you & your dad). I have five grown up kids and they can talk to me about anything, which makes me sad with your hurt that you have to go on the net for advice. God bless
