I really don't think that the parents age has anything to do with the information printed on the birth certificate. I may be wrong, but to be honest it's dumb to do such a thing. Both parents, if known must be printed on the birth certificate.

be realistic.. should they put minor child on there if the mother just gave birth to that human being? that makes no sense cuz a birth certificate has all of the information on it..
No it is just a story. Mother's can not be denied that it is thier child no matter how old she is her name will be on the BC unless court orders otherwise to protect the rights of the minor child. The father's name is the one that may not appear depends on what the mother tells them to put there... So, it is just a story.. your daughter's name will appear on the cerfificate no matter what.... Even if child is placed for adoption her name will be put on the birth record and be sealed...
I had a baby at age 17(which i kept) but my name was put on the birth certif. and we were not allowed to put his father's name on there since he was not there at the birth to say it was his child. This happened in 1995 in the state of FL ,USA
i had my daughter at the age of 14, my name is on her birth certificate, so is her father's along with our ages of when i gave birth to her.. so no, i believe it is a myth...but u never know.. it could vary state-to-state, or country...
