It is quite possible that you could be pregnant but, there are other possibilities. It could be time for your monthly. My breast would get sore and urine strong. When I thought I was pregnant I had a little bit of cramping also. Not bad cramps just minor.
The best way to find out is to go get an over the counter pregnancy test or go see you OBGYN. This way YOU WILL know for sure.

I'm not sure about the urine but tender breasts are a sure sign of pregnancy (although some women get tender breasts every month before menstruating - depends on your body). Buy a home pregnancy test from the drugstore to know for sure.
