they dont use that anymore

-baby-of-his/her-birthright?
No way. They used that in the olden days when they thought breast feeding was only for poor people who couldn't afford formula.
cabergoline or dostinex. side effects are awful though. AWFUL!
they tell you not to take the pill when you are breastfeeding because it will dry up your milk so i guess you could try this.
my doctor told me to use cabbage leaves in my bra and that would help dry up my milk. They unfortunately do not have any medicine anymore.
The cabbage stinks and you have to change it out often...but it works
No they don't usually perscribe medication anymore, but a very old time receipe is to drink sage tea, and increase sage in your food. There is also a web site that has a tea to help stop the milk supply. You can find it at www.cottonbabies.com it is under breastfeeding, and it is called no more milk tea.
