Where can i carry one of those lifelike dolls they use surrounded by home-ec classes??Please help!!?

I want one of those dolls they use in home ec classes. The ones that you in fact have to appropriate everywhere you go and you must nurture, change, gross happy, put to sleep, and instruct just close to a real kid. But i dont know where to acquire one. I dont want one of those baby annabelle dolls or chou chou!! Thanks and i hope you can oblige
