How long should i wait before taking a pregnancy test??

my period is usually on point..every 28 days its here..im only like 2 days late but thats very abnormal for me..should i just calm down and wait a week or so? or should i run out and grab a test?

Answer:
actually you can test now or tomorrow. Most of the pregnancy tests can be used 1 day after the missed period although it is more accurate if you wait. In your case I would suggest you buy a first response pregnancy test because it test you accurately even 4 days before your missed period
i would go get a test ...
You sound like your anxious to know! Why not buy one and just take it? They are not that costly, plus you will know right away if you are, or aren't. Good luck either way!
I would wait a week or so... unless the time you would have concieved was over 4 weeks ago. If it was, its ok to test now and not worry about a false negitive. Also use the test first thing in the morning as that is when the pregnancy hormone is the strongest.
I got my first positive HPT 11 days after ovulation, and I know many others who have gotten one that early. I'd say it would very likely show up already if you are PG, so run out (carefully) and get two or three (for backups). Good luck!
if ur late and not normal 4 u i would suggest u calm down and wait to c if it comes stress can make u late also wait at least 3 more weeks if it dont come take a test if neg c ur doctor
