Lillie Marie LOOKS better to me because of the double "l"; when you say "Lilly Marie", I find myself -- and I suspect most people will -- thinking of the flower, which is spelled with one "l". Later in life, it will be a great benefit to have a name which can be spelled easily. So "Lily Marie" is best, but given the two choices above, "Lillie Marie" works better.
