Ok..ive been having really really really bad headaches lately like enough to make me cry. and now if i tilt my head to the side or frontwords it feels like liquid it pushing against something and it hurts really bad but like it takes a secound for it to hurt and then if i tilt my head back the right way it takes about a min to go away what could it be ive had a cold for awile so please help me

seeing that you had a cold--it could also be a bad sinus infection.
either way I'd go to the doctor to get it checked out.
the best thing is to go to your dr, there could be so many things that are wrong.
Sounds like it could be related to your cold (sinus) press up on your nose between your it will help your nose to drain. Pull down on your ears on the cartilage it will help them drain as well.
Also try putting an ice pack on the back of your neck for 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off, it will help relieve the pressure a bit without taking drugs.

sounds like a sinus infection. Go see your doctor. they will prescribe you antibiotics to treat it, if that is what it is.
