Is it possible to have more than two legal guardians/parents?

like your biological parents get divorced. your mom marries a man, and that man adopts you. your dad marries a woman, and that woman adopts you. so that would mean you have four legal guardians/parents.

or your grandparents and parents all have custody over you.

and similar scenarios.

No, I wouldn't think that it's possible.

Your step-dad would only be able to adopt you if your dad signed away his parental rights, and same thing would go for your step-mom.
I dont think its possible, the only way it would be is if your father, and step mother had custody, and your real mother does also, try asking someone whos parents are divorced and are in this situation.
No because in order to be "adopted" by a step parent, your biological parent must have to sign away their legal rights of you.

NO it is not... you have one legal father and one legal father... now you can be adopted to make LEGAL but they will never be biologicial...
