Well, by Wednesday if you are starting your period it will be full bore by then. If it is implantation bleeding that usually only lasts 24-48 hours and if you are having a miscarriage the blood tests will tell that also. If you are really concerned and the pressure and cramping are really uncomfortable I would call your doctor or go to the emergency room. You could have a tubal pregnancy and that is VERY dangerous... thats really hard to answer sweetie. it could be your period but i have never had a miscarriage before so i really dont know what it feels like... i do know there is spotting though... so i would definately say ask your doc and see what he has to say... good luck sweetie!!

First off I am not a Dr. but there are alot of reasons your period could be late. Like eating wrong, stress,maybe you are just pregant now. Some woman have heavy cramping when not pg if they are late for some reason. At this point it seems they only thing you can do is wait until Wednesday or of course if the cramping gets really bad go to the ER. Good luck
if you have ANY questions of a jeopardized pregnacy go to the ER and they will make sure a blood pregnancy test is done. It will show if you are pregnant, and an ultrasound will show if there was a miscarriage or if baby is great.

It sounds like you have miscarried, like something just didn't take properly, whether it was fertilization, implantation etc.
That would explain the low hormone levels and the negative readings on the hpt as well.
I am sorry. I hope you can find some comfort knowing that there was definitely something wrong from day one in this case.
I think you should keep your appointment with your Dr. It could quite possibly be either your period or implantation bleeding. If you were far enough along to be having a miscarriage this would also be a thought. However, I would think that your pregnancy test would have a positive read.
If you are pregnant, it is possible for it to be a tubular pregnancy as well.
You should be fine, just wait it out and see what happens. You could be late for many many reasons. You might just be starting. If you have changed your nutrition or if you are stressed that can easily cause you to be late. If you are that worried, go to the ER. They can do a quick pregnancy test and check you out. It is always better to be safe than sorry.
Best not to speculate here. Doctor is the best person to diagnose. You want definites here without wondering. Don't worry though, it will produce stress that may make your pains worse. Be relieved that you are able to go to for professional medical assistance. The female body is very complex.
That's kind of hard to answer but I would suggest you see your doctor. Sounds like it could be either of the three. BUt I had a miscarriage and I didn't bleed or cramp. I found out I miscarried THREE weeks after it actually happened and I had to have a DNC. Good Luck

You are most likely getting your period. You would definitely know if you were having a miscarriage, you would bleed extreme amounts of blood- and with implantation you only spot very very lightly for one or two days and there isn't usually cramping associated with that.
