around dec 13, my gf and i did a petting. it involved rubbing our "happy place" each other, but we still in panties. there's this liquid came out of my thing, i dunno if it's sperm or just some empty liquid. her last period was 35 days ago. my question is, could she be pregnant from petting?

To answer your question you can't get pregnant unless your underwear was off and your ejaculation touched or went into her vagina. Even then without penetration it is highly unlikely. How old is your girlfriend since it has been 35 days since her last period it sounds like she is not regular.
You both need a lot of education on this matter. Fooling around is fun and exciting but if you are going to act like adults then educate yourselves and be more responsible.
