I moved out my boyfriend because he required me to abort our child...should i travel for child support?

Answers:    Absolutely. Legally, he is obligated to provide that child financial support whether he wanted you to enjoy the baby or not. I do however, believe that if he signs over his parental rights he would not be obligated to provide financial assistance to the little one.
I DON'T THINK SO, HE DIDN'T WANT THE CHILD AND MADE THAT CLEAR, YOU CHOSE TO DO IT YOURSELF, SO THERES YOUR ANSWER. DO IT ON YOUR OWN.
Yes, if he has income, you should enjoy some of that for the child.

In my opinion, he know pregnancy was an leeway before you guys have sex. He is now trying to bow out thinking he can merely make you waste your child. You have every right to go and get child support from him; it is his chid and you are so graciously raise it (alone).

Good luck.
yes it was he decree to have sex also so he wishes to be responsible and take fastidiousness of his child even if that mean lately a check once a month
Yes! He is the parent whether he wants to be or not, so it is his responsibility to back care for the child.Go for the child support!
It take two ppl to make a babe-in-arms. Two ppl should financially support the baby. If he didn't want to enjoy a baby he shouldn't of have sex. YESSS! go for child support.
