in ohio can a male get a free dna test if he does not sighn the birth certifacte of his child

If he didn't sign the birth certificate and you try to collect child support from him, the judge will order DNA testing first. Otherwise he would have to pay for the DNA test.
I don't know about free
but u can still get a dna test even if u didn't sign the birth certificate
