The symptoms you speak of could be from anything. Since your term is 3 weeks away, I will assume you just get off of it around a week ago. Periods can increase headaches and bloating. You want to wait a few weeks and if your time of year does not start, go buy a home pregnancy oral exam and take it.
Given that you enunciate your period isn't due for another 3 weeks, later no, I'm almost 100% certain you aren't pregnant (although how long usually is your monthly cycle - it would own to be unusually long for you to be pregnant, but I guess it's not impossible?).
