Has anyone else tried to conceive after the pill and been a week late with no spotting..?

I would take a test I was on the pill for a few years and came off it to have a baby, When I missed a period I was pregnant. The simple answer is if your trying to concieve you may be pregnant you dont have to have any symptoms or even feel pregnant. On the other hand as others have said it may be due to hormones being all over the place.

A lot of the time, it takes a while for your body to get it's hormone levels back to normal. It sounds like your hormones are still off balance, not pregnancy. I would suggest taking a pregnancy test since it is after your first missed period, just to be on the safe side. Good luck
I had been on the pill for about three years. When I came off it to try and conceive I didn't have a period for 4 months and did feel like I was having pregnancy symptoms. I kept doing tests that were all negative then I had a normal 4 day period and got caught two weeks later. I think your body takes time to adjust and get back to normal but your mind is telling you that you may be pregnant because you badly want to be.
My mom got pregnant with me the day after she went off the pill. Now, this was 1982, so I think perhaps technology to tell you that you may be pregnant has greatly increased since then, but she told me that she found out five weeks later when she was a full 11 days late for her period. She consulted a doctor because she was getting slight morning sickness. The morning sickness did not begin until after her missed period. He tested her to see if she was pregnant and she was.
