How can I crush my pregnancy fatigue while at work?

I am sooooo tired I can hardly hold on to my eyes open. I am 7 weeks along right very soon and I know being tired is slice of it, but I am miserable. What are some suggestions for waking this tired body up??

Answers:    If walking around isn't an prospect, perhaps chew on some gum. I'm 6 weeks along, and I'm a receptionist. I be sooo tired I once actually fell asleep and woke up by my herald hitting the counter. I talked to my boss going on for what she thought I should do, she said even though I'm not suppose to... that I could chew gum. She said that helped her out alot when she be preggo. It seems to work for me for the most portion... but some times I still have to step the bathroom and put some cold water on my facade. Good luck!
Get more sleep at night. For me it expected giving up all my after work actions and letting the house work get at the rear. I slept anywhere from 10-12 hours a night.
