Sit in a tub of Epsom's salt water as hot as u cant stand it. Then get out and cool down. Don't even take an aspirin. Maybe hormonal changes.

If the body aches aren't severs and fever is under 100 degrees and you can tough it out wait to speak to your doctors nurse in the morning. If the fever goes over 100 and pain gets severe go to the emergency room. Don't take any medication that your doctor hasn't approved. Don't sit in any bath that is real hot as someone suggested. This could be dangerous to the pregnancy. Hold on and relax a fever is the body's way of fighting off infection. A low grade fever will not harm the baby.
