at 4 weeks the baby is sooo small that I am sure even advanced sonograms could sometimes not catch a look at it. I am sure the baby is fine. It is just too early to see it. But since you did miscarry I would take every precaution there is to prevent another one. But I am sure your just scared because of what happened in sep. Talk to you doctor and see what they say. give it a while. I would think that you were ok. The ods are like this. For every five pregnancys one will end in miscarrage. so if you already had your one, then relax and enjoy life for a while.
Was your doctor worried? If not don't worry about it. You may or may not see anything in the sac, dates can always be wrong.
I've never experienced that,but you Dr. should know what he's talking about. So, did he say it was something to be concerned with?
