Cute ideas for "big brother, big sister" shirts?
Answer:
I would take fabric paint and write I'm a big brother/sister. Then take your hand and make little feet prints on them. Then take a tiny onsie and write I'm the little brother/sister. Then have each child put their hand print on the front and back.
Also.. you can make them shirts that say "I am so special mommy and daddy gave me a little brother/sister." I think that would be cute too.
i think its cute when they put their hand print on a shirt that says IM THE BIG BROTHER / SISTER and if they know what the baby's name is gonna be then they can say Im THE BABY"S NAME's big brother/sister... or maybe paint a tree with branches( hand prints would be the leaves ) and then have them put their hand print and help them write their name on it and then when the baby gets home have mom and dad do the baby's hand print and then write the name.
My kids are 17 months apart. When I was expecting my daughter, I used the computer and iron-on transfer paper and made my son a T-shirt that said "Kaycee's Big Brother" on the front. I put his name on the back. He wore it to the hospital when he met his baby sister.
I friend of mine had little matching jerseys made for their kids. Had their number on it like 1 for the oldest, 2 for the next and so on and so forth. Then they had their last name on the back and on one sleeve they had big brother, little sister and so on, and on the other sleeve they had their first name. They had 5 kids all together. I thought this was so cute. The little boys had blue jerseys and the little girsl had pink. They are expecting their 6th baby and its so cute seeing the "team" tottering down the hospital halls. Good luck!
I let my daughter make her own shirt with t-shirt paint when i was expecting her brother! She put handprints and the babies name and her own name it`s really cute and makes a great keepsake!
