You should notify your OBGYN. You might need your vital signs checked esp. BP. Also it could be that your blood sugar is out of whack or a vitamin deficiency. Call your MD and get seen!
I have had those too, I just take tylonel.. that is all a preg woman can take
my gyno told me tylenol is pretty much the only this out there, but yeah get your blood pressure checked. can never be to careful!

If your headache won't go away with tylenol, or if you're seeing spots in your vision then you need to have your BP checked IMMEDIATLY! This could be a symptom of pre-eclampsia, which is a very serious condition!
