By getting a tat you can get hepatitis, aids or even a bad blood infection. I think that you should wait that way you don't put your baby at risk. A blood infection alone can be very harmful to both of you. i think the tat is a good idea but i just think it would be healthier if you just wait. and by the way congrats on the new bundle of joy!!!

You dont HAVE TO re-due your eyebrows. Use a eyebrow pencil until you have the baby. It's common sense. Will it affect the baby?? Probably not, but why would you even take that chance for your own looks?? Think about your baby and put your baby above your own personal needs.

I'm sorry, are your eyebrows tattooed on? I'm confused. However, unless you're tattooing the inside of your uterine wall or going to a less then respectable place and pick up a disease, it will effect nothing other then your eyebrows. Tattoo ink doesn't go in your bloodstream and is not harmful to your body. If it were, why would you put it there?!

It probably wont hurt your baby. There is so little ink that actually gets into the blood. If you see a reputable tatoo artist, you wont get all the infections etc everyone is so worried about. I have been to tattoo parlors that are cleaner and take better care of their instruments than doctors offices. go for it.

I'm not sure how many pregnant moms would put getting a tattoo redone at the top of her "must do list". i would say put more thought into your pregnancy. read some educational material.
You should wait until the baby is born. Not only is there a risk of getting hepatitis from the needle, but the ink can also get into your blood stream and seriously jeopardize the health of your baby. Plus, most tattoo shops won't give you a tattoo knowing that you are pregnant.
