I am 7 weeks pregnet and I got mad at my husband today.He keeps saying that we are pregnet like he is carrying the baby.He told me that if i lefted him that he would take the baby a way from me. Can he do that? He is a convicted felone on a multible DUI charge.Also can he go around and say that we are pregnet? Please tell me i need to know... thanks every one for you time and patances.

I think it's normal for a husband or wife to say that "we" are pregnant. If you mean, he's already telling people that you guys are pregnant--then, no, he shouldn't be doing that until you're ready to announce it.

In the case of a divorce, you'd either agree on joint custody or sole custody. If both of you want sole custody, you'll present your reasons as to why you're more capable of a parent than the other person. His background of multiple DUI charges will not help him AT ALL and will show how irresponsible he is. As long as he doesn't have any significant dirt on you and you're able to show the judge that you can provide for the child, you'll get the kid.
I always said we when I was talking about my pregnancy. He would have to prove you unfit in order to take your child away.
