The morning after pill can be taken 48 hours after sex & is pretty effective you nee to see a doctor. Abortion is legal (not right IMO) in the US, how far into pregnancy is the latest you can have one varies by state. Try 2 forms of BC, or adoption. Abortion is basically a D&C they dialate your uteros & vaccuum baby out!!
If you are too late for that, call a planned parenting office. Its a simple process, they go in and suck it out with a turkey baster basically. She will be sore and bleed for a few days.

First off, an abortion can not be done until pregnancy is detected. Once detected, at about 1 month I would think, there is no baby..it's called an embryo. Abortion is legal in the US but depending on the age of the girl/woman, she might need a parents permission.
