I've read about how to interpret dream meanings. Usually, when you dream about having babies it just means that someone in your life is expecting or trying to conceive. It doesn't necessarily mean you, but it could mean a family member or a friend or even an acquaintance. It's also possible that they might not have even told you yet, but for some reason you've been thinking about them. Since these dreams have been happening within the last 2 to 3 months, just watch. Someone you know will tell you they're expecting soon (if they haven't already)!

I have a lot of dreams like this. It can mean many things actually. Some people say that dreaming of having children means that you have an active imagination and that you are "pregnant" with ideas. Others say that it is just the desire to have children. I wouldn't say that it means that you are pregnant or that you will become pregnant. But maybe you are thinking about it without really knowing it and your dreams are a way of letting you know that you are. Dreams are hard to understand and no one really knows what they mean.
